Day 5 - Half Way Through the Day

So far today I've had just under 1000 cals. I still plan to go to the gym, I still plan to have a light dinner but given my calorie aims (and I like to mix it up, so sometimes yes, will eat a bit more in order to boost the old metabolism). Even if I don't make it to the gym, I've walked a lot today.

I know that sounds high, but I ate my lunch at uni (muffin and salad) and then got invited out for sushi lunch - as we went to Itsu, I knew the cal content, which was 180 cals, which for an unexpected lunch was not bad (and I got some protein in there with the fish). I think I'll hvae a light light dinner (maybe porridge) and veg out for a bit. I know, I know, no gym but I really did walk a lot today!

Hey, thank you for your comment :) I've been browsing your blog and I decided to follow you because I agree-- I think we are a lot a like!! And I think that you actually probably look smaller than me, with your measurements, because you are 5 inches taller!! Which is a lot! So, I bet it looks WAAAYYY better on you.

Anyway, I hope you took a break yesterday-- it sounds like you deserved it!! As for the post-it notes, I've placed them under a calendar in my bedroom that I just flip up when I need to see them :P Tricky... Or not. But no one will ever find it. They'd have to pay better attention first... I mean, the back of my door is decorated with super skinny models, draped in tape measures, and has "You Are What You Eat" written on the doorknob... HAHA :P

Anyway, keep it up-- you rock! :)
